Restoration of normal chewing and speaking abilities.
Relief from irritated gums and pain.

The Procedure

A Healthy Smile

Before proceeding with dental implants, you'll meet with our skilled dentist for a detailed examination. Our dentist in Section will check if you're a suitable candidate for an implant by ensuring you're in good health and have strong gums and enough bone to support the implants. If implants are deemed suitable for you, our dentist will create a tailored treatment plan for you.
During the procedure, here's what you can expect:
01

We will inject local anesthesia to numb your gums. If you choose sedation, we'll administer medications accordingly so you can remain asleep during the entire process.

02

Once you're comfortable, our dentist will make a small cut in your gums at the implant site, exposing the bone underneath.

03

Using specialized tools, we'll create a precise opening in your jawbone, gradually widening it to fit the implant perfectly.

04

The implant will then be carefully positioned into the prepared jawbone.

05

To finish, we'll reposition your gums and close the incision with stitches.

Following the procedure, our dentist at Fort Payne will prescribe antibiotics to prevent infection and advise regular follow-up appointments to assess healing. Typically, you'll require a few months for the implant to completely heal before our dentist in Henegar can proceed with placing the final restoration with a crown or a bridge.
